problem whit remove clvm

When I am do installing this software:

it is not possible this packages completely remove from system . Now is all have 0 kilobyte size, but its every stand in system how to be installed. I Thing, that problem is whit the package clvm. Error: no listen from /var/lib/dpkg
My Action:
sudo chmod 0777 /var/lib/dpkg/lock - outcome is possible

The resolution of this a problem I am reach for upgrade on high version Gutsy Gibbon 7.10.
Now is it OK.
