gnome-launch-box freeze my xserver

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-launch-box

When starting gnome-launch-box from a terminal freeze my display. I can move the mouse but the rest of my desktop is frozzen. I have to go to another login to kill gnome-launch-box or to restart the xserver.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?
