Fetion could send SMS to cell phones free, and it's somehow widely used in China.

well, this is not a bug report, but a feature request.

the attachment is some guy's work.
he did some reverse engineering work to analyze fetion's protocol. and he made it.

if anyone is interested in this project, i'll try to get the source code of the "Fetion.jar"

umm.. is this enough?

This is the Fetion.jar which SLY said,
It's a test product of protocal analysis, China Mobile seems will not let their protocal public, We can use this.
