Bug Description

When I start my VPN connection (Network Manager -> VPN Connections -> MyVPN ), I am shown a dialog where I am prompted for the password to unlock the keyring. If I click DENY (or enter an invalid password) I am logged into my VPN.

The message prompting me for the message is:
nm-ppp-auth-dialog wants access to the keyring 'default' but it is locked.

Expected behavior:
Without access to the keyring, I wouldn't expect the VPN to have access to the password to login.

Note - I had at one time previously wiped out the login.keyring (as was recommended as a solution in the report for Bug #149205), so I don't know if that might have contributed to the behavior I am reporting in this report.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?
