this happens after /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

However, when using
/etc/init.d/apache2 stop
/etc/init.d/apache2 start

the error log show only

[Wed Nov 07 20:07:59 2007] [notice] Apache/2.2.4 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.3-1ubuntu6 mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8e configured -- resuming normal operations

But after a restart, the apr_socket_accept error comes back.

I could not reproduce the segfault, but if I go to https://localhost/admin
the page stays empty
