The "Close" button in "About" window is not working

Bug Description
There is no way to close the Neutrino's "About" window. I suppose that the problem is that the "Close" and X buttons don't have handler functions, or are not properly connected to them.
To reproduce it run Neutrino, click on Help -> About, then on "Close".
