Bug Description
Currently when transits are aborted/canceled, the transited item is automatically put into "Reshelving" status, which assumes that the only time a transit would get canceled is when a staff member has the item in hand at the item-owning library. Since many transits are canceled when the item is actually en route somewhere, this is misleading and confusing to front-end staff. I propose an intermediate "Canceled Transit" status that the item goes into so staff readily know what happened to the item after a canceled transit.
Branch on the way.

Hi Chris,
Would you consider this report a duplicate of https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/evergreen/ +bug/1306666? I was going to mark it, but, since the proposed solutions are a little different, I held off.
