xenial/arm64/frieza channel ubuntu-touch/staging/ubuntu

unity-system-compositor crashes on boot with the crash file attached

According to vicamo it crashes in glibc timezone functions. It could share the same root cause than bug 1613602.

Is this separate from bug #1604421 that is now fixed? I remember when I was experiencing that I got a lot of crashes.

Based on the discussion with Vicamo, this issue is share the same root cause with https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1613602 so mark as fix commit.
