Bug Description
It's possible to reproduce with Mir-on-X, but more reliable to use:
$ scripts/testrun
Then pull down the "File" menu on the terminal and try to drag it (Alt-Primary drag).
Expected: Menu closes (or, at least, stays put)
Actual: Menu can be dragged across the screen
