Nautilus won't open or start in Ubuntu Gutsy with multiple monitors

Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
With multiple monitors (one widescreen and one 4:3) in Ubuntu Gutsy, the panel works but the desktop and any nautilus related application fails to run. No errors are reported trying to load Nautilus in the terminal either. The desktop background appears if you go to System>
I will try to attach my xorg.conf if i can figure out how to...
P.S. Using nvidia driver on Dell M1210.

may not be a bug, found to happen when disabling multi-monitor as well....
