Width/height for pen pencil shapes

In pen/cil shapes we need to define the beabiour:

PaP -pattern along path

If document is based in "PX" or in "MM" the with is changed relative to this. It give similar ouptput "size" result between diferent "document units" in ellipse mode. This is good but:
If you use the PaP feature "from cliboard" in a mm doc the result is streched, this not hapends in a px dog.
Also think the previous to 0.91+devel are the width is not changed, so my vote is retain as it with a 3 lines comment in current code (trunk:15110,0.92.x:15075)

PowerStroke-triangle in-triangle out.

Currenly get the width of new items properties, maybe this is good but:
I think we need consistant between ellipse and trinagle in/out. His withs need to be calculed in the same way. Currently ellipse mode has a fixed width of 10.
