Bug Description

on Today Quickstart help, tap Fitbit" Add your account.

hang: online accounts never displays. reboot needed to fully recover.

* today scope 4.11.1
phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ click list | grep dash
com.canonical.scopes.dashboard 4.11.1

Reproduce:
* display quickstart help if already dismissed:
phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ rm /home/phablet/.local/share/unity-scopes/unconfined/com.canonical.scopes.dashboard_dashboard/hints_is_hidden

* refresh Tdoay scope

* tap fitbit login

The root cause may be previous changes to online accounts api in which provider semantics changed. If so, today scope hints.json needs to change to catch up.

I am testing with ota13's today scope and issue does not occur:
$ bzr ls -r tag:ota13 | grep dash
com.canonical.scopes.dashboard_4.11.1_armhf.click

so fix-released.
