Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

update-manager says there is a new version but when i'm trying to update it downloads packages then say there is no update

I'm using Kubuntu and I found it crashes when you don't check the
update boxes...Anyway it crashed when i just installed kubuntu on a
live cd but i think it is already upgraded now so I don't know what
the version number is. Sorry for my half advance but this is all can
do :)
