Bug Description
In bug #162749, the source portlet in the left says the package is in the universe component, but that is wrong:
$ apt-cache madison gst-pulse
gst-pulse | 0.9.4-1ubuntu1 | http://
gst-pulse | 0.9.4-1ubuntu1 | http://
