Bug Description

Binary package hint: qt4-dev-tools

sudo apt-get install qt4-dev-tools

You are using qt4 from -updates but probably do not have -updates enabled for universe where qt4-dev-tools lives.

I had this same issue: Adding:
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy-updates universe
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy-updates universe

to /etc/apt/sources.list and updating and retrying the install succeeded..

Same problem.
After adding Recommended updates (gutsy-updates) in Software Sources app and refreshing package information installation succeeded.
