It is possible to have 'keep above' and 'keep below' both checked

Bug Description

When right clicking on a widget: one can select both 'Window -> Keep above' and 'Window -> Keep below'. One would expect the program to automatically uncheck the other option. I'm running Ubuntu Gutsy 32bits.
