Bug Description

I am using Kubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon with Knetworkmanager 0.2 (KDE 3.5.8)

I changed the channel on my wireless router from 8 to 1. When I use iwconfig, it now correctly shows a frequency of 2.412 GHz instead of the 2.447 GHz I used before. But Knetworkmanager still shows the old frequency in the tooltip. The reconnect worked flawlessly though, it's just a comfort bug, you can get the real frequency by using iwconfig. I also guess that it would show the right frequency after a reboot.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?
