Bug Description

Why does the Xen kernel not support CPU frequency scaling? Does not make much sense considering that some people want to use Xen for running Windows and Linux side by side on their laptops.

latest gutsy xen kernel

That's 2.6.22-14-xen.

I mean dom0 does not support frequency scaling.
