Bug Description

Logstash started seeing this failure October 3rd. Not seeing any occurrences before that. It's very intermittent:

Landing https://review.openstack.org/#/c/431691/ will imply closing the bug as incomplete and tracking it from scratch.

Metadata proxy is haproxy based now, this should not happen. If it still does, please reopen.
