arm64, xgene-uboot failing to deploy yakkety daily images

Here is the output from the host console while trying to deploy yakkety images.
Please note 4.8 image is 'uncompressed'

Starting in 16.10, Ubuntu/arm64 kernels are compressed, and we need to mark
them as such in the u-boot header. Please see attached patch
