Bug Description

When I run kate normally, I get the standard kdialog for file saves etc.
When I run it privileged via kdesudo, I get an usual dialog box.

Perhaps the profile for the root can be the same as for the user account?

I wonder if this will be an upstream, won't fix. I saw this in #kde-neon:

[08:49] <kasperi> are you planning to make apps which needs root privilidges to look same as launched by normal user, example ksystemlog
[08:49] <sitter> there should not be any root'd applications
[08:50] <sitter> i.e. those apps need to be ported to polkit
[08:50] <sitter> and as a result the answer is: no
