Bug Description
When moving the mouse pointer over numerous panel icons, I get leftover mouseover effect windows.
I will investigate this further to see if it a combination of settings I have on. I will also paste an image.

I am running Kubuntu 7.10 64-bit up-to-date as of (2007-11-18).
