rapdisvn cannot change working copy url

Bug Description

Binary package hint: rapidsvn

i cannot change the url of a working copy.
after i type in the new url (only one digit in the ip changes)
rapid svn tries to connect the previous url (which is not available)
and then fails.

Execute: Switch URL
Error: Error while performing action: Can't connect to host '192.168.2.199': No route to host

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?
