ybin command missing (Lubuntu 17.04, ppc)

Bug Description

The ybin command is missing in todays dailiy iso.

This command is included in the yaboot package and is necessary to install the bootloader on OpenFirmware ppc-machines.

As a workarkaround running sudo apt-get install yaboot does the job.
