It's not clear - it now crashes as soon as I open it. I've not tried rebooting.

Thanks for your report, the trace is missing some symbols can you try to install the following packages: libglib2.0-0-dbgsym, libgtk2.0-0-dbgsym, libnm-glib0-dbgsym, libdbus-1-3-dbgsym and get a new trace? thanks!.

probably related to : http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366887 or http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=450840

libnm-glib0-dbgsym seems uninstallable

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
  libnm-glib0-dbgsym: Depends: libnm-glib0 (= 0.6.5-0ubuntu16.7.10.0) but 0.6.5-0ubuntu16 is to be installed
E: Broken packages

The email it seems to be failing on is by Martin Pitt and is Re:SRU policy for Universe. It was sent to ubuntu-dev and the time is 11.55AM.

The contents of the email doesn't load - just the title.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, your crash report is either missing or challenging to deal with as a ".crash" file. Please follow these instuctions to have apport report a new bug about your crash that can be dealt with by the automatic retracer.
If you are using Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop environment - launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit.
I'm closing this bug report since the process outlined above will automatically open a new bug report which can then dealt with more efficiently. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

I am sorry for the delay in responding to you, I'm no longer using gutsy because of this bug.

I've gone to /var/crash and it is empty.

What now?

Oh and I don't have a ".crash" file, I have backtraces from gdb with debug info installed and info from valgrind.. I followed the instructions I was given and the instructions in debugging program crash.

locate *crash doesn't find any .crash files. The program just closes - apport doesn't appear to trigger.

Invalid ->Incomplete

There is no apport file, and I've provided full backtraces with symbols..

Looking at the backtrace in comment 9 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/164064/comments/9) it looks like pedro was right and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=450840 was the related bug report.
It should be fixed in ubuntu.
