The comments in +text are difficult to read

Bug Description
The +text view of a bug now shows comments, but the MIME information makes them difficult to read. I don't think we need to know the Content-type, Transfer-encoding, or Message-Id. The MIME boundary is also makes the messages difficult to read.

Yhe document is designed to be easily parsed by the email module, so it's good that the comments can be parsed the same way.
