[Gutsy] Automatic screen blanking cannot be disabled

Bug Description

On my laptop (Thinkpad T60), I'm unable to find how to disable screen blanking and it seems that power settings are ignored. The screensaver is set to 2 hours, and in the power manager I've disabled everything. However, my screen always goes blank after e.g. 10mn and this is *especially* annoying when watching a movie.
