Run a partial upgrade, to install as many updates as possible.
This can be caused by:
-A previous upgrade that didn't complete
-Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
-Normal changes of a pre-realese version of Ubuntu
[Partial Upgrade] [Close]"
I clicked in "Partial Upgrade"
And:
"Could not calculate the upgrade
A unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

Thank you for reporting the bug and helping make Ubuntu even better. I suggest that you perform the following:
$ sudo apt-get clean
$ sudo apt-get update
Please verify you have no GPG errors after running 'apt-get update'. If you have no GPG errors, go ahead and run update-manager again and report back if you still have the problem.
