Bug Description

I've a nVidia GeForce 8400 GS and I use the nvidia-driver (from nvidia-glx-new) for xserver-xorg. When I boot up my system with a WinTV TV-pci-card (driver bt878) the x system crashes after login. I use compiz. If I unload the bttv and bt878 modules before logging in and reload them after logging in successfully, it works!

2. Please run the command "dmesg > dmesg.log" after crash and attach the resulting file "dmesg.log" to this bug report.
3. Please run the command "sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log" and attach the resulting file "lspci-vvnn.log" to this bug report.

2 sets of logs
1: logs_after_console
2:logs_after_reset

logs_after_console: is a set of logs drawn from a console terminal after the crash of "compiz --replace "
My machine then hanged and I had to do a hard reset.
logs_after_reset is the set of logs after I did the reset and logged into Gnome.
