Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdf

kdf (KDiskFree) shows duplicate entries for filesystems that were mounted via an UUID= entry in /etc/fstab (presumably other non-device file entries too, but I don't have them).
One entry shows a device by the name of UUID=..., unknown size and 0 B free, the other shows the device by its /dev/... name, unknown type and correct size and free fields. The mount point is shown correctly in both cases.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?

(Sorry for the delay, it took me a while to upgrade and realize that kdf is still around.)

Yes, it's still reproducible in 8.10, KDiskFree 0.7, KDE 4.2.2.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make (K)Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Would you be able to test this in the latest (K)Ubuntu release please? Thanks in advance!

I don't have Jaunty at hand, but in Kubuntu Karmic Beta, I can still see the same symptom (KDiskFree 0.9, KDE 4.3.2).
I hope I can check it on Jaunty in a few days.
