Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 x86_64. I have a large file that I can't get rid
of. I tried to upgrade my Java with the file icedtea-java7-7-b21-1.4
+20071007. The type is folder and the volume is root. There are 92636
items and is 2.4 GB used. I have tried several commands to get rid of
this with no success. The file will not let me access to it. It says it not a file or directory.
Could anyone direct me what to do with this problem?

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs .

Due to the long time of filing this problem, I will not create a question. If the question still needs an answer, please follow the instructions above.

Thanks
