Source packages should be dgettable

Currently, source package .dsc file links such as on https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/glibc/2.6.1-6ubuntu2 cannot be used with dget, as the .orig.tar.gz and .diff.gz are located in a different directory. It would be convenient if links were installed so dget could be used directly on the .dsc in order to retrieve the entire package with only one copypaste operation.
