[feisty] apport sends an improper url to firefox for bug submission

Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
The improper url is sent when Help > Report a Bug is selected from the firefox menu. This problem exists both when firefox is started from the command line (e.g. "firefox" in terminal) and when firefox is started from the fluxbox menu. The URL is prepended with my home directory (/home/<user>/) and surrounded in quotation marks; when these are removed the link works correctly.
I am running kernel 2.6.20-16-generic, apport version 0.76.1, and firefox 2.0.0.8+1nobin, and ubuntu 7.04 (feisty)
