Case sensitive names causing problems in io layer...

The build scripts are looking for the following files
while building the io layer:

src/io
GzipStream.cpp
InkscapeStream.cpp
StringStream.cpp
UriStream.cpp
XsltStream.cpp

unfortunately, these are checked into CVS as all lowercase.

Either the filenames or the makefiles need to be
updated in order to build on platforms that allow case
sensitve names.
