Try to retrieve file properties from any file and thunar crashes.

Properties on a folder returns expected value

downgrading packages to gtkhash_0.7.0-4_amd64.deb thunar-gtkhash_0.7.0-4_amd64.deb
gtkhash-common_0.7.0-4_all.deb and properties works fine in thunar
