Bug Description

the flow-capture program does not produce the correct directory structure. It creates a random year for the year/year-month/year-month-day/ structure. this causes the following error in the /var/log/messages.

flow-capture -w /tmp/temp-2214k -n 1439 -V 5 0/0/9800

root@lexx:/tmp/temp-2214k# ls
