Accidental alignment misbehaviour

Bug Description

Sometimes, when trying to center one object over
another by aligning (relative to the latest selected)
first along vertical axis and then along horizontal
ones, the latter alignment appears to cancel the former
one, object to be aligned thus ending up at the
starting x-coord.

Am not sure whether the latter alignment takes place at
all, as this misbehaviour usualy happens when those two
objects were already at the same y-coord. Haven't
spotted this in any other case and even here it happens
just sometimes..
