Test needed: Installation with no Internet connection

There was a critical bug in the past two releases of Lubuntu that was based on the fact that nobody had checked that Lubuntu could be installed without an Internet connection. Therefore, I propose that we make an ISO QA test available for all flavors making sure that the images can be installed without an Internet connection, to prevent this sort of regression from ever happening again.
