Bug Description
On Windows, it is possible to install fonts by copying them to the Windows
font directory, or, by linking them to the Windows font directory. The
latter behaviour is supported by the UI by choosing File > Install New Font
in the fonts directory window and then removing the check mark from the
"Copy fonts to Fonts folder" option. When fonts are not copied they are
instead linked from their existing location. Inkscape does not list, and
subsequently, allow users to use linked fonts.
