NEdit has wrong dependencies

Bug Description

The NEdit package has beneath others the following dependency: libxp6|xlibs. This is wrong because libxp6 isn't installed by default. xlibs is but doesn't contain any library. Starting NEdit ends with the following error message:

nedit: error while loading shared libraries: libXp.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

So NEdit should depend on libxp6 only and not on xlibs (this is true for all other dependencies of NEdit, too).
