Dead links on localized versions of Inkscape website

Bug Description
I submitted this to inkscape-devel a while ago but received no response so
I'm posting it here, too.
In the German version of the "mailing lists" section on www.inkscape.org
(as well as in some other localized versions) some links that should point
to the corresponding archives are dead. The correct ones have a "text only"
form like
http://
However, some links still contain IDs, as in
http://
Clicking on a link of the latter shape yields an error message from
Sourceforge, "No forum found".

This should be fixed with SVN r16429.
