Bug Description
Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu and the version Linux Mint 18.1 Serena uses ubuntu Xenial repositories, SO ideally devstack should also be supported on Linux Mint

In order for a distribution to be properly supported, you would first need to work with the OpenStack infra team in order to ensure integration into our CI setup.
