Bug Description
I think Malone/Launchpad CVE compatibility will be useful because:
* it will help us ensure that users can perform various core tasks with
CVE names (e.g. searching for security-related Launchpad content,
bugs, security announcements [which would be really nice to store in
LP], etc.)
* (a much, much less important point) compability logo bling

This bug is too generic to be useful; we do have some CVE functionality, and further functionality should be specified in more specific blueprints or bugs.
