Bending an object

It would be really useful to be able to bend and deform
an object by the same way you shear/stretch/rotate,
with a small arrow you can pull on. Perhaps a third
layer of arrows, where the corner ones only pulls on a
corner out and the center ones pull the object in a
curve on that side, with snapping to the grid and a
sliding effect along the edge to signify the center of
the curvature.
