Binary package hint: update-manager

me dice que actualize a kubuntu 7.10, y actualmente tengo la 7.10 me dijo que necesitaba actualizacion , la aplique y me dio error de que no habia encontrado actualizaciones disponibles.

The guy says that on Kubuntu 7.10 he has an update message suggesting him to update to the version 7.10 of Kubuntu.
When he launches the update-manager, there is no update.
