ktorrent group names broken for accented characters

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ktorrent

When using accented letters in group names, the characters get distorted at the next start of ktorrent. On each subsequent start another wrong char appears.

Looks like an encoding conversion problem to me - at each start the conversion is performed again.

Yes, still happens with KTorrent 2.2.5 on Ubuntu Hardy.
