Fix very big login packet using MSSQL

If login packet is really big to split into multiple TDS packets
and is encrypted MSSQL only encrypt the first TDS packet, the others
    are not encrypted.

Bug Fix: Upgrade default freetds verion plz.

My Web Service sometimes error message "SQLSTATE[01002] Adaptive Server connection failed (severity 9)"

I saved it to a log file when connection an error occurred. (Error time, Error Url, Error message)

0.5%~ 1% connection error occurs.

I view freetds changelog file and upgradep freetds 1.00.44 version.

then error never occur for 3 months.

So, Please upgrade default freetds version in 16.04, 17.04, 17.10.
