Bug Description
i'm attempting to compile an application in my pbuilder. this application depends on libjpeg62.
it appears that FILE has not been declared in libjpeg.h
this results in the build failing.

turns out to be a coding mistake on behalf of the liquidtrixx upstream codebase. (damn windows programmers).
