Bug Description
Binary package hint: keytouch
Our previous ubuntu "delta" was, according to the changelog, a direct import from debian. There is one outstanding confirmed bug (LP: #95240) but this was fixed upstream by debian and therefore this sync will "partially" close the bug (will close for hardy). I built the requested version to be synced and it runs fine and indeed the menu entry is now in Preferences. The only 2 problems I noticed are minor: (1) The Categories field in the desktop file does not end with a semicolon and (2) There is a help button but no callback for it, so I am assuming there is no help.
I am confirming that all ubuntu deltas (there are none) should be dropped.

I should also mention this sync will add a new package: keytouch-data which keytouch depends on.
