Bug Description

Steps to reproduce :

Edit -> Preferences

Description :
The dialog is shown, then resized because of the left images. The size of the dialog should be calculated before being shown. On slower computer this is annoying (you are going to click somewhere, but the place you wanted to click on is moving because of the resizing).
